Serving every neighborhood of the City of LA + surrounding communities, 24/7. Family-owned, locally licensed, real people answering the phone — any hour, any day.
Los Angeles is one of the most geographically and culturally diverse cities in the country — 503 square miles stretching from the Pacific coast to the San Fernando Valley, from Hollywood to Watts, serving a population of nearly 4 million. No two LA neighborhoods respond to loss the same way, and that's something we've learned by working here, call by call, for years.
Our team coordinates directly with every major LA hospital system and most LA care facilities. Whether you're calling from a Westside condo, a Hollywood apartment, a Mid-City bungalow, or a home in South LA or the Valley, we come to you — with the same price, the same care, and the same guarantee.
We coordinate directly with every major LA hospital system — their case management teams, social workers, and decedent affairs departments. Established relationships mean faster release when the time comes.

One honest price, no surprises. Here's exactly what you get and the small handful of things that aren't included — stated clearly up front so you can plan.
Working across the City of LA regularly means we've learned the geographic patterns, the hospital cultures, the Coroner routing, and the cemetery options families most ask about.
For any death in the City of LA that qualifies as a Coroner case, your loved one is first taken to the LA County Medical Examiner's office on Mission Road in Boyle Heights. The office is open 24/7 for intake, but the release side only operates during business hours. Average turnaround from Coroner intake to release ranges from 24 hours (straightforward cases) to several weeks (toxicology-pending). We call Mission Road every weekday morning to check on our families' cases so you don't have to.
Forest Lawn (Hollywood Hills + Glendale), Hollywood Forever, Rose Hills (Whittier), Inglewood Park, Green Hills (Rancho Palos Verdes), Westwood Village Memorial Park, and Mount Sinai (Hollywood Hills + Simi) all have cremation gardens and columbaria. For Catholic families, San Fernando Mission Cemetery and Calvary Cemetery (East LA) are the primary options. Scattering at sea departures are available from Marina del Rey, San Pedro, and Long Beach — we coordinate that if asked.
Honest answer: response time to an LA residence call depends heavily on time of day and location. From our Pasadena office, Westside and Valley calls typically take 90 minutes to 2.5 hours at peak. South LA and San Pedro can take similar. Downtown, Mid-City, and East LA average 60–90 minutes. Overnight calls are faster. Hospital releases happen on hospital timelines (not ours) — we're usually at Cedars, UCLA, or LAC+USC within 60 minutes of a release call during the day.
LA is one of the most linguistically diverse cities in the world. Our counselors handle calls in English and Spanish directly, and we have interpretation support for Korean, Mandarin, Armenian, Tagalog, and Vietnamese through our care network. If you'd prefer to make arrangements in your family's language, say so when you call.
Real people answering the phone, day or night. We serve every neighborhood of LA with the same care, the same price, and the same guarantees.
